How long will the portrait take?

When you contact me I will be able to give you an idea of timescale which will be dependent on workload.  It is best to order early, particularly around Christmas time.  As a rough estimate, allow around two weeks, but it may well be quicker than this.

What if I'm not happy with the portrait?

I really want you to be happy with your finished picture.  When it is finished I will email you attaching a copy for you to approve.  We can then discuss any changes that need to be made.  If I have made all reasonable attempts to get it how you want it, and you still really don't like it, you don't have to buy it.  You will have lost nothing (not even a deposit).  This does not apply to purchases made with gift vouchers, however, I will do everything I can to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the portrait.

Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers can only be redeemed for portraits.  They have no cash value and, once purchased, cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.  Each voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue.
